Title: Mandryky Cheese Topping

Yield: 1 Batch

1 Egg
2cDry farmer cheese or cottage cheese with the liquid pressed
1tsSalt
1 Onion small minced
1tbDill freshly chopped
2tbButter

Mash the cheese, add the beaten egg, & salt. Mix well then add the onion which you have sauteed in butter. Mix well and spoon onto each mandryky. Cover with buttered foil when baking in oven. ORIGIN: Ivana Tuchuk, Chernygol, Ukraine, circa 1996
